Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and be received before June 7, 2024, to be eligible for refund. A service fee of up to $25 will be deducted to cover administration costs.

Attendees agree to hold harmless the Toronto Ottawa Heart Summit and the Facilities for any damages or injuries to property or individuals that may occur during the conference.
